HOW IS THE INVISALIGN PROCESS IN LAS PALMAS?
The first thing you should do is visit your orthodontist specialized in this technique to evaluate your case and start your treatment.

After having carried out a complete study of the patient by means of radiographic records, digital models of the mouth and photographs, and after the general dentist has checked that your mouth is healthy (free of cavities and bacteria), you will be ready to begin your treatment. The Dr. will simulate the treatment on 3D virtual models (Clinchek) of your mouth, so that before starting you can see how your case will end, and know in advance the duration of the treatment.
The aligners should be changed approximately every 10-14 days, according to the indications of the doctor and wear them 22 hours a day (with the advantage of being able to remove them if a special occasion such as weddings, meetings or important events, require it). Each aligner is slightly different from the previous one, which makes your teeth move gradually until they reach the expected result. The revisions in the clinic are more spaced in time and of shorter duration than with brackets, this being another advantage of the technique.
THE ADVANTAGES OF USING INVISALIGN
Invisible
Made of clear plastic and no metal components, they would have to get very close to detect Invisalign on your teeth. They are custom-made to fit exactly in your mouth, which means you shouldn’t have any problems with the aligners in your mouth, as with metal braces. REMOVABLE
Invisalign aligners are also very practical since you can take them out to eat, brush your teeth or whenever you want at a specific time. To be effective they must be worn 22 hours a day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a short break on a special date or at a special time.

Since you should brush your teeth before putting them back in after eating, you will avoid problems with food debris caused by traditional braces.
